I have an client who opens a file from the file server (G drive) inputs data then saves it. the next day he goes to open the file and he gets an error stating “unable to read file” (nothing else) he is using win 98 with office 2000 the server is winnt 4.0 but it is only on the C drive he uses G drive. the office 2000 program is on the workstation and not on the server. What causes this kind of problem.
