Unable to receive emails from one specific domain

The sender uses Google apps.
I was able to receive emails from them up until nov'09.
So far we only received 1 email form them last week.
All previous emails sent by them were not received and didn't bounce back.
I contacted my email hosting service(network solutions) and they said there's nothing wrong on their end.
The sender says we are the only company with this problem.
Any ideas or suggestions?
Please help!!!

Your company is using it would be slightly helpful.

If your ISP doesn't have a problem it has to be something to do with what you are using to receive incoming E-Mail.
