    Unable to see all room within Oulook’s Room Finder – Windows 10.

    I am experiencing an issue where I am unable to see all the rooms within Outlook’s Room Finder. We are using both Macs and Windows machines, and we can see the rooms listed correctly on the Mac version of Outlook but not on the Windows version. Any thoughts as to what can cause this or what is misconfigured somewhere that it would show all the rooms on the Mac version of Outlook, and not on the Windows version?

      What version of Outlook on the Mac?
      What version of Outlook on the Windows PC?
      What version of Exchange Server?

      As I read your posts, the Mac shows all rooms, the PC shows only a part. Is that correct?
      Is there any common factor you know of, that is different from the ones you see and the ones you don’t see?
      If you enter a new room on a PC, does it show in the Mac? If you enter a new room in the Mac, does it show on the PC?
