Unable to setup Dialup in xp pro

Hi,

I recently upgrade myxp home machine to XP Pro.

The computer is on a domain and i am logging in as administrator.
I am now trying to manually setup a dialup connection however the dialup option is GREYED OUT!!
Its only allowing broadband connection.

Can anyone tell me whats going on???..Please!!

Is your modem installed/enabled and working properly? Check the device manager (right-click "My Computer" and choose manage, expand System Tools, and choose device manager). Do you see your modem? Does it have an X, ?, or ! on it? May need to enable it, or install/re-install the drivers.

You may need to run the Network Wizard and set it up as a computer that accessed the Internet on it's own.
