Unable To Start Microsoft Exchange MTA Stacks Service In Exchange Server 03

Hello,
Microsoft Exchange MTA Stacks Service is not running on my server and not participating in message routing.

When i am trying to start this service it gives me following error.


Could Not Start Microsoft Exchange MTA Stacks Service On Local Computer.

Error 1053: The Service Did Not Respond To The Start Or Control Request In A Timely Dashion


In Event Viewer I can Find Following Events :


Event Type: Error
Event Source: Service Control Manager
Event Category: None
Event I 7000
Date: 1/13/2008
Time: 5:45:55 PM
User: N/A
Computer: WIN2K3
Description:
The Microsoft Exchange MTA Stacks service failed to start due to the following error:
The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion.

I am running Exchange 2003 Server With SP2 installed over windows 2003 enterprise server platform installed all service packs/patches/hotfiexes/security updates.

Can, someone help me in this problem, how to resolve.

Which services do the Stacks Service depend on.

Check the dependencies and make sure any services that Stacks depends on are running.

All supporting services which required for MTA Stacks are running properly and dependency is all right.
Still, the same problem is occuring !
Do, someone have solution to this problem ??
