Using Outlook 2003 with Exchange server on a laptop running XP Sp3 Professional.
Outlook is showing Connected, but there is no drop down ability where you select work offline or download header/full items/etc…
When attempting to open attachments it takes forever so I was wondering if it was only downloading headers which led me to this other issue.
