When I attempt to telnet to my exchange server smtp port 25 it takes me to the default command prompt. I have disabled the antivirus and windows firewall to no avail. There is only one server that is able to telnet into the exchange server even while antivirus is running on both ends. There is nothing else but exchange listening on smtp port so it is not busy. The exchange is able to telnet to 25 successfully. This is on the same subnet so routers and firewalls should not be a problem.
any ideas???
