I have a laptop that has some kind of virus. I am unable to get updates to my antivirus (AVG free version). I also cannot access McAfee or any other antivirus web site.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to proceed? I can download something on another PC and put it on a CD to load to the virus laptop, I am just not sure what software to use to eliminate the problem.
I would appreciate any assistance.
