unable to USB Key to load Win 7 on netbook running XP

I followed Microsoft instructions to launch Diskpart,list disk…
but i only have one partition.
When I reach the point where I have to find ISO file, I am totally lost, and dont know where to find that file.
Can you help? Is there a work around?
