    Unable to use adm user desktop

    I do not know what happened. I can login under the adm user name. The problem is there is nothing there. No icons,no taskbar, nothing but the wallpaper. All other users have desktop icons and taskbar. Noone seems to know how to help me. Please help me if you can.

      Sounds like EXPLORER.EXE did not launch when you logged in as the Administrator. This happens.
      So, log in as your Administrator account that is having this problem. Then, after a little time has passed, press CTRL+ALT+DEL, and that will bring up Task Manager.
      Click on the Processes tab, then click File -> New Task (Run)
      Type in EXPLORER.EXE and click the OK button.
