I am 99% sure a former business partner is using W2K server and possibly some of the tools available in the resource kit to hack into, monitor and who knows what else, my system. I have gone as far as formatting hard drive and reconfigure IP addresses. Nothing works. He seems to re-install old configurations which allowed his access. How can I stop him, or trace him so I can get help from ISP?
