Unblocking Email in Queues - MS CRM 3.0

By steve ·
Hi,

I've got CRM 3.0 install on MS Windows Server 2003 SBS with all the latest
rollups and hotfixes installed.

When I'm accessing the CRM via the web interface and try to view an email
that has been placed into the queue, there is a line that says "The e-mail
below might contain script or content that is potentially harmful and has
been blocked." and there's an Unblock link next to it. I click on it and a
new window appears with nothing in it.

Could this be an issue with the client workstation accessing the CRM or
something to do with SBS?

Any help would be much appreciated.

Regards

Steven Cheng

Think its a browser issue

by stephen.power In reply to Unblocking Email in Queue ...

It sounds to me like browser security and scripts. If you add the URL of the CRM + Mail server to the trusted sites and allow scripts for trusted sites etc i think it might work.

This is just a guess btw, i was looking for answer to something else.

Anyway hope it is this and helps, else sorry for wasting your time

Unblocking Email in Queues - MS CRM 3.0

by shakilkhan In reply to Unblocking Email in Queue ...

If there are any websites links or attachment in the email, for security reason CRM is blocking that web link or attachment. This is not an issue or problem, you can still read his/her all emails and if you wants to use those links, you only need to click on unlock link (with blue highlighted colour).

Thanks

Unblocking email in queries

by joseg In reply to Unblocking Email in Queue ...

Hi

I too have a requirement for this to default to the unblock state - rather than the user to unblock this all the time.

Does anyone have a solution for this?

I have tried playing around with IE settings no success.

I have tried searching for registry keys eg on client 'UnblockedTargetUrl' changing from 0 to 1 however I cannot find any information on what this key does.

Did anyone get an answr to this.?

thanks
