Undelete a file

I am running Windows ME with FAT32 file system. While using a DOS prompt, I deleted a file, then changed my mind. Is there any way to get this file back as the old UNDELETE command in DOS. Using the Systems Restore function in ME is not an option. The restore will take me back to before deleted file was created.
