Hi
Our company is currently using Exchange 5.5 sp4. One of the user who has office XP on his window2000 machine could not use the reply function to communicate with his cutomer. However in outlook he send email using the forward button and copy and paste the email address.
When he use the reply option he could not send the message and get the following error message.
The following recipient(s) could not be reached:
‘Jennifer Barbera’ on 1/2/2002 11:16 AM
The recipient name is not recognized
The MTS-ID of the original message is: c=usa;a= ;p=comp contro;l=EXCHSERV0201021915ZYJPQ4WT
MSEXCH:IMS:Comp Control :SD:EXCHSERV 0 (000C05A6) Unknown Recipient
EXCHSERV is name of our exchange server. Please help me to track this down. Thank you
