We have one user that cannot send mail to internal or external recipients. He can receive mail with no problem, but gets a non deliverable report when sending. We have removed his mail account and recreated it but to no avail. He has also logged on to different workstations but has the same problem. He is using outlook 97 and we use exchange 5.5 sp4.
