Somehow the person working before me had set up exchange 2007 to forward all “Undeliverable Email” to his account. Since he is not working here anymore, I need to stop having it forward to him but I am not that familiar with microsoft exchange. If anyone has any idea how to change this, please let me know!
There is a transport rule under organization config called “Undeliverable” but I don’t know if it has anything to do with what I am talking about. It says…
“Apply rule to messages
sent to support
and when the subject field contains Undeliverable: Action Required
apply ExPartnerMail
