Undeliverable emails from System Administrator

Our company currently has a website that allows us to receive feedback or comments from viewers of the website. I have been receiving emails from the system administrator of my exchange 2003 box about a undeliverable : webmaster@mydomain. I think my website's host webserver is getting spammed and it gets forwarded to me since webmaster@mydomain is listed. I just want to confirm what I am thinking is correct and should not worry about being compromised. I have received many of these emails. Here is the email headers:
