Please forgive me as I’m not a Techi, so my ignorance may come through. I have been sending out many emails with the majority coming back as ‘undeliverable’ I started doing a cut and paste job on the relevant emails to ensure that we don’t repeat sending them out again from our data base. Sadly, the number is now so high, it is impractical to carry on the cut and paste. Is there a simple way that either Outlook or an external programme can sort these undeliverable’s and create a ‘master’ data base for us to use in our own data. I know this makes sense to me and hope it does to you! Any help (please keep it simple) would be greatly appreciated.
