understanding the wimax test file

I have just patched my ns2.31 with wimax module by NIST and simulated the tcl file:

Being a novice to ns2, I din’t actually get the code properly. Can anybody comment the code in a descriptive way ? I urgently need some help.

You should at the very least post this in the questions forum. And remember that if you don’t use the “mark as helpful” button on helpful answers it means lots of bad karma… among other things.
