uninstall and reinstall sp2

Hi, i need to how to uninstall and reinstall windows xp sp2,when sp1 is installed,
and how abt if the computer is shipped along with the sp2 preinstalled how to uninstall the preinstalled sp2 and reload sp1 on the unit.
