I ordered a new GPU and everything says that before I install it, I need to uninstall my current GPU’s drivers. Problem is that I don’t know how to do that quickly and easily since this is the first time I’ve ever had to. Can I do this manually very easily, or is there a program I can download? If context is important, my card is NVidia.

    Thank you for any responses!

If both your old and your new card are Nvidia, there’s no need to uninstall the old drivers first.
If you currently don’t have a separate graphic card, but use the one integrated on the motherboard, don’t uninstall that.

Deleting a driver can be done from device manager (an applet in Control Panel).

      Nod to DDU

DDU when I google that is my preferred method. It now blocks Windows from autoinstalling an outdated driver now.
Easy to use, free. What’s not to like?
