I want to change the name of a server running Backoffice Small Business Server. How do I Uninstall it? I tried Add/Remove Programs. When I choose custom install, I can not uncheck any components. It says the component is already installed and can not be modified. I uninstalled Proxy Server and SQL Server individually, but I can not find any uninstall for Exchange Server.
