Uninstall Tivoli Management Framework

Everytime I start my Win2000 Pro machine a splash screen for Tivoli Management Framework appears. When windows is done loading there is a Tivoli logo in the system tray that shows Management Agent Statistics. I looked in the Remove Programs list and there are no Tivoli programs to uninstall. We do not use any Tivoli products right now. How can I get rid of this agent(?)/program (?). Thanks.
