There's no easy way, so 40 points may be a little bit on the low side.

There are a few options:

Leave it as it as, except you turn of FindFast and manually delete all links in the start menu. If you need the space, manually delete the files inProgram Files\Microsoft Office

Try to install a new version of Office and then remove everything. Could be very messy with the registry.

Do the things in the first option and start the registry editor. Try to locate everything concerning Office and remove it from your registry (please only do this if you know your way around the registry).
