    University Bandwidth Issues

    I am a Network Admin at a university of around 10,000 students and 600 or so faculty and staff. Just wondering if anyone is experiencing increased bandwidth constraints due to students preferring internet video streaming services over the traditional cable connection?
    Also what bandwidth management technics are being used to give all network wired/wireless fair access to the Internet?
