CiceroUIWndFrame: ad.exe - Application error
The Instruction at 0x74706b41 referenced memory at 0x74706b41 could not be read. Click OK to terminate the program.

This keeps popping up. How do I eliminate it?

Go to:
"Control Panel"
"Add/Remove Programs"
"Microsoft Office," click on the "Change" button
browse to "Office Shared Features," "Alternative User Input," and select for Speech and Handwriting Recognition make both "Not available" from the drop-down box.

There are a number of reasons you get that referenced memory error. First, you have a program that is corrupted. If it happens whenever you use or open a specific program you have a corruption or conflict. Repair, or uninstall/reinstall. Second, you have an infection somewhere. Run your virus scan, and especially spybot and ad-aware from lavasoft. Both are free. Before you run them, make sure they're updated. Third, you have a disk problem. However, my bet is on number 2. Worst case, with XP just do a system restore back to when it didn't happen. Then make sure you have a good firewall and virus program.
