Unknown devive

Hi i have just upgraded to XP pro and everything work’s but the USB port’s on my soundcard which is a Game Theater XP and has a external box with 4 USB ports and when i plug it in to my computer it come’s up with unknowen device. Could you give me some idea’s on how tho get it working.
