Unknown Error Message(s)

List:(am on a LAN)
1. computer will start bogging down, programs not working, etc., and need to reboot. one message i get is “CSC Notification Window not responding.” Does anyone know what this is?
2. after rebooting, i am unable to access network drives via the “my computer” icon, but can by specific programs.
3. after rebooting, my printers are unavailable.

this will last a few days with a number of reboots because of hangups, etc., and then all of a sudden i reboot and everything works fine.

this seems to make its rounds on a weekly basis. works for one, doesn’t for one, works for one, etc.
