Unknown Reboot

On some of the dialup networking connections we use. The Users go to make a connection the modem dials, hand shakes and as soon as they start logging on to the other network their machine reboots. I have uninstalled all of the networking and reinstalled applied the critical updates for Windows PC anywhere
