Unknown Reboot

On some of the dialup networking connections we use. The Users go to make a connection the modem dials, hand shakes and as soon as they start logging on to the other network their machine reboots. I have uninstalled all of the networking and reinstalled applied the critical updates for Windows PC anywhere

It sounds like you have a video compatabilty issue between the two machines, there may be newer drivers for your video card. try playing with the video setting on the remote system, also try turning down the hardware accelaration on the host machine--Display Properties --Settings --Advanced --Troubleshoot

Have you checked Symantecs' web site? Looked in PCAnywhere's knowledge base?

I can only give you this much of the link, because I don't know what version your running. Basicaly at the point this link takes you, you'll have to enter your version number, then pick solve a installation or setup issue, then click on goto knowledge base.

IT is before we even hit pc anywhere. the machine just connects to a RAS unit and then reboots

We are also runnig Novell which can't be gone fast enough in my mind. I need help
