Despite firewalls and AV software we’ve been hit by a virus that nobody seems to recognise. It’s similar to a “watered down “w32.petch :- changes homepage, wipes boot.ini, disables system restore, disables selected startup services and slows the PC down to the point of unusable. Usual stuff hasn’t worked. Has anyone also seen this and if so how did you resolve it please ?
