Unnatended Windows installs

Im looking to create an unnatended install that can be divided in 4 different images, based on the apps. that need to be installed. Do you have any suggestions of practices or software that can achieve this easier than the Windows based install? My best bet right now is to have an image and would like to trigger a menu for the 4 different sets of apps after windows has being installed, added to domain etc.
