i have a windows98 O.S second Edition my problem is that when i shutdown my pc then my pc does not proper shutdown and windows LOGO screen “windows is shuting down” still presist.i have done format and reinstall new window.sir whats the reason of this problem please give me a perfect anserwe of this question with your great experience.
