I am looking for some help with an odd Outlook 2003 issue runnning in WINXP PRO.
We are running exchange. One of my user’s is having a problem with READ items showing as UNREAD after she has viewed them. This happens every week. If we mark them as unread they stay as unread but random new items will show as UNREAD after she opens them.
We have update Outlook 2003. Rebuilt her outlook profile. Loaded her mailbox on the exchange server and could not replicate the issue which leads me to believe this issue is client side. I havwe confirmed that she is reading the items, she has to double-click the email in order to read it as she does not use the preview pane in her setup.
Any ideas are appreciated.
