A user on a Windows 98 desktop in our firm is running Outlook 2000. Our server runs Microsoft Exchange 5.5 under Windows NT 4.0. Sometimes (but not always) when she prints an email by clicking on the printer icon, or by choosing File > Print inside the body, she gets an extra sheet. Whenever she chooses File > Print inside the email, it prints properly, without the additional page. How do I solve this problem?
