Unwanted win2k services on PC

Can anyone guide me to a list of services that I can diable on my Laptop running windows 2000 Pro? the laptop is company owned and i connect to my corporate network thru VPN.
I have found that there are a number of services that hog 256 MB of RAM that is installed on the laptop. I know this could be a limitation, but just wanted to know if there were a list of services that I can disable.
