Update display type

Trying to change the display type of a NT4 machine. When clicking on “change” under the “Display Type” tab resulted in an error message, “The drivers were not successfully installed. You may not have the required privileges to install a new driver”.Although I log in as the administrator. Click on “Detect” resulted in the same message. Thank you very much for your help.
