Updating a Microsoft Access ole field from asp form

I have an application I’m writing, and I’ve had no problem creating, updating, or displaying data form a variety of record types in Access, until now. I need for users to be able to attach, or submit a binary file that will be stored with the record set they are updating. The standard Update to the recordset didn’t work. Is there a particular ASP method for getting a file input from an HTML form and inserting it into a recordset?

Any help GREATLY appreciated.
