Updating Active Directory

We are in the process of restructuring the Active Directory and i am looking for a tool that can enable users to update their details especially extension numbers addresses and so on mostly personal details. I need something that can enable them to individually update details on Active Directory

netiq…this allows you to send out (as a startup script) a form that will let the user specify their phone number, name, pretty much anything you’d like.
