Updating Video Display Drivers

I need to update Video Display Drivers so that I have the capability of 600X800 due to new software installed. I have no options other than 480X640 now and 2/16 bit color.
I have a built in video card 3DAGP UMA Intel with DVM technology. Daewoo CB663FB motherboard, Intel i810E chipset. My current graphic display driver is B1996NSL STD PCI VGA. This particular computer does not have direct access to internet, so I need to download and update manually.
What driver can I update to or where can I find this out?
