upgrade

we have got a new hard drive for our school and i want to do a clean install of win NT 4.0 ON it but i do not have the boot up disk for it as they have lost it is there a web site where i can get boot disks or can i use the sysprep utility on the win2k disk to boot up and run the installation of NT 4
