Upgrade a RAID 1 Array that include OS

I have a Dell Dimension E310 system. It
currently has two 80Gig drives using RAID 1.
I want to upgrade to two 250Gig drives.

I don’t claim to be an IT guy, so I woul appreciate any guidance given.
