Upgrade left C:\WINNTDR.TMP directory

Is the C:\WINNTDR.TMP directory that an upgrade from WinNt 4.0 to Win2000 server deletable? It has ‘system’, system32, profile, etc in it. I think it’s just taking up space, but I’m not sure.
