Upgrade not so good!! Celeron M 1.7 Ghz to Pentium M 1.8 ghz

Good evening! I won a Pentium M 1.8 Ghz processor and I replaced in my notebook Toshiba A105-S2071! The problem I’m seeing now is that my machine is slower than my older Celeron M 1.7 Ghz. Why is that???
As I saw in Toshiba’s techinical especification. My motherboard suports Pentium M. I already made BIOS upgrade and already tests the memory! I’m posting the links to see images obtained from CPU-z.
