upgrade NT 4 PDC to Windows 2003 Svr

I have a NT 4 PDC running a single domain with 50 Win xp Clients. I have a new Server which I want to use on 2003 Svr, I cann’t install NT4 on the new Svr as drivers for the RAID controller are not available, so the option of making it a BDC then promoting and upgrading is not an option. I dont want to perform an inplace upgrade of the NT4 PDC as its the only server in the Domain. I am not changing Domain names and want to maintain all the exisitng SID’s and profiles off the XP PC’s.
Does anybody have advice on the best way to do this. I’ve had a look at ADMT but this only seems to be for changing domains….Help Pls
