I have a PDC with Windows NT 4.0 SP 6a as NOS. The machine is a clone Server with a Hardware Mirror and Stripe Set with Parity for fault tolerance.
I have ran the checkupgradeonly utility for Windows 2000 and have no problems for the upgrade butI am concerned with the upgrade on the raid 1 and raid 5 issue.
I want to be in the safe side and wonder if there is anything that I should do prior to upgrading the machine to Windows 2000.
I read that if there is a mirror set it must be broken first (do this apply to a hardware raid?)
