Attempted to upgrade MS Windows 7 Home Premium to MS Windows 7 Ultimate from [B]OEM DVD-ROM Upgrade Edition[/B] failed via “[B]Install[/B]” from DVD-ROM Auto RUN. While clicking on Install, and it suggested to try with [B]”Windows Upgrade Anytime” option. [/B]
The Windows Upgrade Anytime required[B] two KEYS:[/B] (1) [B]Upgrade Anytime Key[/B] and (2) [B]Product Key[/B] from DVD-ROM label. However, I did not have the Upgrade Anytime key; thus, it failed me again!
[U]The Questions are: [/U]
(1) [B][I]”Can OEM Windows 7 Ultimate Upgrade Edition be upgraded directly from Windows Home Premium that residing in my Notebook”?[/I][/B]
(2) [B][I]Should roll back to Windows Vista first, and then upgrade from there to Windows 7 Ultimate?[/I][/B]
