Upgrade vs Full (Windows 2000 Pro)

By glcoday ·
Can I do a full, clean install of Windows 2000 Professional using an uprade version of Windows 2000 Pro? I have Win 95, Win 98, and Winnt 4.0, but I don't want to install any of these before installing Win 2000 Pro, but I would like to save a little money on buying Win 2000 Pro. Help me if you can. Thanks.

Yes,You can use the upgarde cd to do a clean install. You will ned a copy of Win9x or NT durning the installtion to prove that you are elgible for the upgrade. When setup prompts you for the location of the Win9x or NT system just point it to the Cd rom drive or floppy drive location.
