Upgrade Windows NT4 to Windows Server 2003

By mario.colagiovanni ·
Here's the rub.
I have a new version of Windows Server 2003 R2 and it keeps telling me when I do the compatability test that you cannot upgrade a Windows NT4 Enterprise server with Windows Server 2003 Enterprise edition. According to everything Microsoft has posted this is the version that should upgrade a Windows NT4 Enterprise edition.
Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Hey,

Do you have the latest SP on the NT4 server?

* Windows NT? 4.0 upgrade is supported by Service Pack 5 (SP5) or later. If earlier version of server pack is installed, the upgrade is not possible.
