Upgrading ado data bound controls to ado.net

I have an vb6 application that uses ado data access and has a lot of bound controls, mostly text boxes.

I want to upgrade it to vb.net, but I get an error that datasource is not a member of textfield class.

It is a rather common problem but I haven’t found an answer yet..
