I have recently purchased a HP that came with Windows ME. I upgraded this system to Windows 2000 Pro and cant get the modem to work. I can successfully run a query on the modem, I can see the modem with no errors on Com 3, I can hear and see the modem talking to the network of my ISP (compuserve), and I have also checked to make sure I have the 2000 drivers from my lucent win modem from the hp website. What else could be the problem?
